Really friendly and excellent staff, they know their business. It has good location in Colchester just off station & town centre, the Riverside and really good restraunts.

We truly enjoyed it. Everything was fine, handy location so close to Colchester and nearby, the centre of Colchester and supermarkets and restaurants, very informative staff.

Possibly the best and really great stay for short visit. Nice building and rooms with a double bed. Handy and decent location, at a walking distance from Colchester Town Hall.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was spotless with a double bed. Moreover, we could park the car on site. The location was handy, a minute walk from Church of st Peter.

Overall had GREAT stay for short visit. Everywhere there was fairly clean. Very central location was a plus. Next to restaurants and bars, it was a bonus.
